Payments & Refund Policy

These Payment Terms and Refund Policy govern all payments for services provided by Prime Advisory Saudi Arabia (“PASA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Payment Terms

  • Fees and Invoicing: All professional service fees will be outlined in a formal engagement letter, proposal, or statement of work (the “Agreement”). Fees are based on the scope of work defined therein. PASA will issue invoices to the Client as specified in the Agreement (e.g., upon signing, monthly, upon completion of milestones).
  • Payment Methods: Invoices are payable via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. All amounts are due and payable in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Due Date: Invoices are due upon receipt unless a specific net payment term (e.g., Net 15, Net 30) is explicitly stated on the invoice. Payment is considered late if not received by the due date.
  • Late Payment: A late payment fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to any outstanding balance not paid by the due date. We reserve the right to pause or suspend all work for the Client until all past due amounts, including late fees, are paid in full.
  • Taxes: The Client is responsible for all sales, use, value-added (VAT), or other taxes or governmental charges associated with the services, which will be clearly itemized on our invoices where applicable by law.

2. No Refund Policy

As a provider of professional advisory and consulting services, PASA allocates resources, time, and expertise immediately upon engagement to serve our clients.

Therefore, all fees paid to PASA are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fees for completed work.
  • Retainers or advance payments for allocated resources and commenced work.
  • Fees for services where work has commenced, even if the project is terminated early by the Client.

By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing professional time, analysis, and expertise, not a tangible product with a guaranteed outcome, and that no refunds will be issued once work has begun or a payment has been made.

3. No Guarantees

The services provided by PASA are based on professional judgment, analysis of information provided by the Client, and applicable laws and regulations at the time of service.

PASA provides no guarantees, warranties, or assurances of any specific business, financial, or legal outcome resulting from our services.

The Client acknowledges that the ultimate success or failure of any strategy, implementation, or advice depends on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, decisions made by the Client, and actions of third parties.

4. Client Responsibilities

To avoid disputes, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for PASA to perform the services.
  • Review invoices promptly and raise any queries within 7 days of receipt.
  • Make payments by the agreed-upon due dates.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding an invoice must be submitted in writing to info@primeadvisorysa.com within 7 days of the invoice date. We will work collaboratively with the Client to resolve any bona fide billing discrepancies. Disputes not raised within this 7-day period are deemed waived by the Client.
